Instructions

 

Apply 1-2 drops of essential oil on your palms, rub them together and smear evenly on your face or body.

 

Apply pressure and massage for better absorption. Apply 1-2 drops of sandalwood essential oil into a bowl of hot water; mix with other essential oil such as clove and chamomile in specific ratio. The right combination will help sooth and improve one’s emotions. 

 

Apply a few drops of sandalwood essential oil in your hot tea (Such as chamomile herbal tea) for the treatment of pharyngitis.
